Essay

Problems of business form provision of the financial control mechanism are studied in the thesis. The substance and the degree of law-enforcement agencies involvement in financial control were determined. It was established that control of finances in the state imposed both on specially formed control authorities and on law-enforcement agencies. The circles of law-enforcement agencies using widely the methods of financial control in their activities were determined. But these agencies are not the control authorities specially formed in the state for legal order and financial discipline establishment.
