Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of doctrinal definition of legal administrative mechanism of transport means technical supervision carried out by the Traffic Control Department. Such concepts as "legal responsibility for traffic control" and "rules of transport technical inspection" are represented. The main five stages of transport technical inspection are detailed. The legislation to regulate the procedure of state technical inspections of transport is systematized. The author comes to conclusion that it is necessary to involve commercial structures, especially insurance companies into this process and to use the partner's approach while solving the problem.
