Drozd O. Administrative responsibility for unauthorized occupation of a land plot

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis and study of theoretical positions, current legislation and its practical application as well as working out of recommendations on improvement of legal regulation and the mechanism of bringing to administrative responsibility for unauthorized occupation of a land plot. The concept of land relations as the object of administrative law regulation was defined and its substance was found out in dissertation. There was made the analysis of main legal acts in land relations field, their defects were found out and the direction of their improvement was defined. Historical origins of administrative responsibility for unauthorized occupation of a land plot were studied and also possibilities and limits of making use of positive historical experience in rule-making and law enforcement activity.
