Shirshikova R. The Organization-Legal Providing of Normative-Legal Acts Realization the Central Body of Executive Power of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the study of public relations, which are folded during preparation, acceptance and realization of normative-legal acts by the central executive power of Ukraine. An origin and evolution of concept of normative-legal act are examined, the essence and types of normatively legal acts in the central bodies of executive power of Ukraine are defined, normative-legal acts in activity of central bodies of executive power of Ukraine are classified, legal acts of central organs of executive power as legally fixing of optimum variant of administrative decision are characterized, recommendations and suggestions as for the improvement of preparation and acceptance of normative-legal acts by the central bodies of executive power of Ukraine are presented in the work.
