Gadzhyahmedov A. Administrative legal counteraction to intemperance and alcoholism in Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the analysis of theoretical researches, legal regulation and state agencies and public organizations activity in the field of counteraction to intemperance and alcoholism as well as to the working out of recommendations on the improvement of administrative legal measures in counteraction to alcoholisation of Ukrainian society. In dissertation the substance, the content and the stages of alcoholisation were defined and person's behaviour and features at each stage were analyzed. The causes and conditions of intemperance and alcoholism spreading in present-day conditions were ascertained and their classification was substantiated. Consequences of alcoholisation influence on either person's health or social and economic development of Ukrainian society were defined. The author's model of directions of intemperance and alcoholism influence on stimulation of unlawful conduct was grounded. The system of administrative offences caused by intemperance and alcoholism was analyzed and recommendations on its improvement were formulated. There were studied administrative legal norms in the field of counteraction to Ukrainian society alcoholisation and recommendations on their improvement were worked out. The system of state agencies and public organizations combating intemperance and alcoholism was analyzed as well as directions of improvement of their activity in this field were determined.
