Guziy O. Mechanisms of the Influencing of Local Self-Government Bodies on Agrarian Relations

Object of research: process of modernization of local self-government on the basis of perfection of agrarian relations in the state. Purpose: theoretical ground of ways of perfection of legal and organizational mechanisms of influencing of bodies of local self-government on agrarian relations. Methods: abstracting, generalization, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, unities historical and logical. Results: in theory the ways of strengthening of influencing of bodies of local self-government on development of agrarian relations are grounded. Novelty: new approaches to perfection of legal and organizational mechanisms of regulation of agrarian relations and also possibility of voluntarily association of habitants a few settlement with formation of general administrative center and scopes are grounded. It is inculcated in activity of bodies of local self-government of the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
