Buhtatу O. Mutual relations of public authorities and mass-media in the conditions of democratic creation of the state

Object of research: process of democratic reformation of public administration in the sрhere of mass medias. Purpose: determination of principles, tendencies and factors of perfection of mutual relations of public and mass medias authorities. Methods: analysis and synthesis; generalizations; inductions and deductions; approach of the systems and classification, structurally-functional, comparative. Results: the ways of approximation of domestic legislation in the sрhere of information to the standards of European Union are certain. Novelty: interpretation of concept "public meaningful information" is offered, certain list of criteria of democratization of mutual relations of public and mass medias authorities, and also on principle new theoretical approaches to the analysis of public informative policy. It is inculcated in activity of central authorities of power of Ukraine. Areas of use: state administration, regional management, training and retraining of civil servants.
