Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to investigation of peculiarities of disorders of some components of protein metabolism, proteinase-inhibitory, prooxidant and antioxidant systems in allergic alveolitis depending on the periods of its development and correction of the abnormalities with retabolil. The research was conducted on 130 guinea pigs (males). For the first time on the basis of complex biochemical studies was shown that the experimental allergic alveolitis in its late period (on 54th and 64th days) exerts more significant abnormalities in the hepatic protein synthesis function (decreased concentration of total protein, albumin, and increase of globulins), proteinase-inhibitory system (activation of proteolytic activity and decrease of а1-protease inhibitor and а2-macroglobulin), functional state of prooxidant and antioxidant systems (increase of diene conjugates and malonic dialdehyde and reduced activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase), indicators of acute phase protein (increase of C-reactive protein and fibrinogen) and membrane-dependent enzyme activity (increased activity of aspartate- and alanine transaminases) than in its early period (34th, 44th days) of this immunocomplex pathology.
