The process of shaping skills and abilities for self-educating activiti of students of technical colleges in the process of studying physics. There was developed a methodological system for shaping skills and abilities for self-educating activiti of students of the first year of technical colleges in the process of studying physics under the conditions of implementation of expertise, informational activiti and reflexive approaches to studying and psychological-pedagogical conditions for implementation of the system were defined. An electronic informational-educational environment was created; it is designated for independent studying of physics by students of the first year of technical colleges.
