Fedoruk V. Prevention of intra- and postoperative complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with acute cholecystitis

The frequency, character and causes of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in acute cholecystitis were investigated. Measures to them prevent were developed. Dependence the size of the wound (which is sufficient for removal from abdominal cavity of a gallbladder) from the greatest diameter of the cross-sectional this organ and the thickness of its wall was validated by mathematical formula. A new method of laparoscopic cholecystectomy is developed. This method has advantages over the classical French and American ways for accessibility to the object operation, the ergonomic conditions of the performance of manipulation and visualization capabilities. Application in clinical practice developed method of cholecystectomy in comparison with the American way, provided the reduction in the duration of the operation and reducing the number of intra-and postoperative complications.
