An object is a process of forming of the balanced agricultural land-tenure; a purpose is an improvement of scientific principles of forming of elements of methodology of evaluation of the use of earths of the agricultural setting; methods – monographic, historical, system, abstractly-logical, statistical, economic analysis, graphic, analysis of variance, methods of theory of casual functions, cross-correlation analysis; a novelty is a environmentalist economic estimation of the use of earths of the agricultural setting; results – the methodological going is worked out near the estimation of influence of agricultural activity on the state of the landed resources, set on the basis of law of distribution of effective index of the use of earths; inculcated in economic practice.
