Essay

The dissertation is devoted to studying of functional changes of cerebral endothelium and blood-brain barrier in acute stroke patients, working out of diagnostic criteria of disease and optimization of treatment taking into account the found out changes. The condition of cerebral endothelium in acute stroke is characterized by dysbalance in system of vasoregulate agents - nitric oxigen and endotheline-3, accompanied by dysfunction of blood-brain barrier. The correlation analysis of interrelations vasotonic indicators at the cerebral endothelium, functional elements of blood-brain barrier, severity level of a condition, the sizes of the ischemic centre, sizes of intracranial pressure, cerebral perfusion pressure and age of patients in acute stroke is done. The diagnostic criteria of an estimation of weight of disease are developed and medicamentous correction with appointment of CDP-choline on the basis of the received data about changes of blood-brain barrier and cerebral endothelium functional properties is offered. Key words: ischemic stroke, cerebral endothelium dysfunction, albumine, nitric oxide, endotheline-3, cerebrospinal fluid, CDF-choline.
