Dissertation is devoted to research of essence and mechanism of application of property responsibility of participants of complete society in the case of his impossibility to execute the requirements of creditors. On results research the educed necessity of fixing is at legislative level of order of bringing in to property responsibility of participants of complete society, branch belonging of institute of property responsibility to the civil law, and standardization of legal norms and fixing of them in an only as a codes act. Reasonable expediency of realization classification pre-conditions of origin property responsibility of participants' complete society, reduction of terms is for bringing in of participants to property responsibility.
