Kravchenko A. The management of the public service in Ukraine: organizational-legal bases.

The dissertation is devoted to the organizational-legal aspects of the public service management in Ukraine. Theoretical-methodological and organizational-legal bases of the public service management have been investigated. The present day state and peculiarities of its legal maintenance have been revealed. The system of the public service management, its main ways of development in order to improve the public service organizational-legal management bases, taking into account the international standards, domestic and foreign experience, have been determined. The expediency of the policy of "quality" introduction as means of improvement of public service management has been given grounds, the concrete propositions on improvement of the legislation regulating relations in the sphere of the public service management have been shown.
