Shevchik A. The regulation of exchange control in Ukraine: the financial and legal aspect

The present research is devoted to promoting a comprehensive scientific understanding of the financial and legal aspects of exchange control in Ukraine, the disclosure of its essence, the analysis of the positive international experience in the field of currency relationships, prepare proposals for its use in Ukraine. We defined the legal nature of exchange controls, provided the essential features that distinguish it from other types of state control. Also disclosed elements of exchange control, isolated and characterized by its subjects and objects. Exchange controls in the work is seen as a broad and narrow sense. Particular emphasis is placed on clarifying the definition of "currency" and "exchange value" is in the context of the study include exchange controls, because it is through these concepts legislator defines the list of currency operations, conduct which is regulated by normative legal acts of the foreign exchange legislation.
