Dissertation is devoted to correlation of individual and collective labour legal relationship in conditions of Labour Law reform and development of scientific and practical recommendations, which should be assumed as basis for qualitative change in mechanism of legal regulation of labour legal relationship in Ukraine. An object of Labour Law is represented by labour legal relationship such as: labour legal relationship themselves (concerning conclusion, change and termination of labour contract, workers' dismissal from work, setting work quota and remuneration of labour, working hours and time for rest, etc.), etc.
