Kostuhyna V. Organizational-legal bases of sectoral management: on an example of power industry

Dissertation is devoted to the scientific and theoretical ground of the improvement of power industry sectoral management on the basis of normatively-legal documents analysis and the generalization of administrative practice in the field of economics of Ukraine.In dissertation the role of sectoral management in the process of socio-economic development of the state is considered. Organizational-legal maintenance of the realization of functions of the state in the field of economics is described. Forms and methods of administrative-legal regulation of economy branches are analyzed. The mechanism of the power industry administrative legal regulation is stated. The analysis of the modern condition of sectoral management in the Ukrainian power industry as well as normatively-legal basis of its functioning is carried out. Directions of power industry sectoral management organizational-legal bases improvement are defined.
