Skoropys O. Economic and Legal Provision of Functioning of Electrical Energy Market of Ukraine

The work is dedicated to research of issues of economic and legal provision of functioning of electrical energy market of Ukraine and especially of its electrical energy complex. The author clarifies context and system of Ukrainian legislation in this field in force, explains its correspondence to provisions of Economic Code of Ukraine, other laws of Ukraine from the point of view of optimization and increasing effectiveness of such legislation. Particularly important is forecasting approach to improvement of legislation proposals, which is used in the work, in the context of realization of provisions of Energetic Strategy of Ukraine for the period till 2030. The author analyzes the quality of the strategy's tasks of legal and legislative policy, and also proposes his own ones. The main proposals of the researcher refer to the status of electrical energy governing company, volume and legislative technique of organizational and economic authorities of NERC, systematization of economic and legal means of state regulation on electrical energy market, etc
