The thesis is devoted to investigation of nonlinear processes of charged particle beam focusing in the probe-forming system of scanning nuclear microprobe with integrated doublets of magnetic quadrupole lenses. A locality of microprobe analysis is directly related to the probe-forming system resolution and assigned by probe dimensions and its current which defined of merit function in the optimization task of ion-optical parameters of probe-forming system of nuclear microprobe and aims of investigation in this direction.
