Derevnin V. Civil law status of a commodity exchange under the laws of Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to the researching and grounding of the theoretical foundations of the civil law status of a commodity exchange. The concept and types of commodity exchanges, history of their formation and development are analyzed as well as specificity of this legal forming. Significant attention is paid to studying the issues of commodity exchange bodies, its' organizational structure and peculiar properties of its' legal capacity. The analysis of the particular features of formation and termination of a commodity exchange is made. Propositions on improving the rules of current legislation and harmonization of the Civil Code of Ukraine and exchange legislation are formulated.
