Essay

An examination was performed of a representative group of patients with acute pyelonephritis, patients with other somatic pathology caused by euthyroid condition, and patients which had suffered from bacterial, viral and protozoal infections and confirmed by diagnostic levels of class G antibodies. A pervasiveness of eco-semiotic thyroid gland transformations was established on the basis of this examination. It was also established that distinctive character of these transformations depends on the taxonomic causative agents. The examination showed that acute pyelonephritis is most frequently caused by bacteria and/or mollikuties (M. hominis 47,0%; Ureaplasma spp. 63,0%). Genital organs were found to be the source of infection. The examination determined the effect of mollikuties (M. hominis, Ureaplasma spp.) on doppler ultrasonographic transformations of the thyroid gland and urogenital organs in patients with acute pyelonephritis. The examination established the formation of autoimmune aggression of thyroid gland (anti-TPOAb, anti-TgAb) in 38,0% patients with acute pyelonephritis, who had infectious and infection-inflammatory diseases of various localization that are caused by viruses, bacteria, protozoa. In the diagnostics of the diffusive transformations of thyroid gland in seropositive patients susceptibility accounted for 94%; specificity - 60%; accuracy - 90%; in the diagnostics of diffusive transformations in seronegative patients these accounted for 93%, 67%, 89% accordingly. An integrated ultrasound diagnostics was proposed for simultaneous examination of visceral lesions of: kidneys, urinary bladder, internal genital organs and thyroid gland. The examination also substantiated a prognostication method for the development of the related linked pathological conditions.
