Yepiphanova Y. Copyrights of Research and Educational Specialists at Higher Educational Establishments

The thesis focuses on the problem of legal nature of copyrights of research and educational specialists at higher educational establishments. The types of the copyrights, the basis for their creation and means of their realization are analyzed. The peculiarities of the realization of copy rights by the copyright proprietors on the basis of the author's agreement, namely on the basis of the fee agreement between the author and the employer are presented. Its role in the system of civil agreements is researched. The propositions and recommendations for improvement of the Law of Ukraine in the sphere of copyright protection of research and educational specialists at higher educational establishments have been worked out.
