Object - high acute small bowel obstruction; purpose – to improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with high sharp im-passability of thin bowel by an improvement and increase of efficiency of the nosotropic grounded methods of conservative and operative correction; methods – clinical, laboratory, biochemical, bacteriological, instrumental, immunological; experimental, morphological, running cytofluorometrical, statistical; results – an apoptosis and cytoclasis of epithelium of mucous membrane of thin bowel is first investigational depending on the level of its impassability; bacterial contamination of thin bowel at its impassability on different levels and influence of endogenous intoxication (EI) is studied on the immune system at YSBO; differential indexes are developed to forming of primary enteroplexy in the case of resection of SB in proximal departments and methods of prophylaxis of his impossibility; on the basis of findings the improved diagnostic-medical algorithm is developed at impassability of thin bowel in proximal department; branch – medicine.
