Essay

Based on the theoretical achievements of scientists of various historical periods and analysis of valid legislation, the author explored the theoretical foundations of the administrative and procedural duress as a variety of administrative duress, characterized its some types, highlighted the problems of their application, and defined the questions of maintenance of legality during the application of administrative and procedural duress, proposed the changes and amendments to the normative-legal acts of Ukraine, which regulate the procedure of application of administrative and procedural duress.
