Ischuk V. Sexual disfunctions and clinic-psychological features of men with violation of psychosexual development and their psychotherapeutic correction

In dissertation work a theoretical ground and decision of task of psychotherapy correction is resulted and psychoprophylaxis of sexual dysfunctions and psychical dysadaptation for men at the different forms of psychosexual acceleration on the basis of system analyses of their clinical-psychological features and state of sexual health. For all men with psychosexual acceleration, disorders in psychical sphere are diagnosed: neurotic and personal; the clinical displays of neurotic disorders typically correspond to personal features of examined patients. The system of psychotherapy correction of psychical disorders and sexual dysfunctions is developed, and also violations of general and sexual communication which consists of four components - informative, emotional, conductive and personal and based on principles of individuality, complexity, differentiation, to the sequence and stage. Each of components performs in four basic stages: informative, making of setting, teaching, and katamnesis. Psychoprophylaxis of disorders of psychical sphere and violations of sexual health for men with psychosexual acceleration consists of psycho prophylactic measures as for psychical disorders, sexual disfunctions and violations of communication, and contains three components: 1) prevention violation of forming of sex appeal; 2) prevention development of pеrsonal features and psychical disorders which hinder successful communication; 3) prevention violation of general and sexual communication.
