In the course of carried out investigation it's determined that in the patients which suffer from psoriasis the changes of the cellular line immunity are characterized by systematisation and have many-sided characteres. Insufficiency of T-cellular link immunity is combined with the low number of cells that produce antibodies by the cytotoxic function redistribution and the accumulation of intoxication cases. Investigation of the patients peripheric blood cytokine profile gave an opportunity to determine their many-sided character of changes, that also is the basic factor in the course of psoriasis. Manifestaton of changing indicators lipogramma allow say about correlation between violation of indicators lipogramma and degree of disturbances of cardio-vascular and liver systems. Structural changes of microcirculation channel in psoriasis leads to decrease of the tissue vascularization and the hypoxia development that is in its more worse under the influence of pathologic changes. It is determined more expressive positive effect in combination of basic therapy with Flurenizyd, than, exclusively using of basic therapy.
