Krasnogolovets O. The Institutional Consequences of Globalization of Transformational Economies.

The object of the research: the institutional development economic systems in the conditions of market transformation. The aim of the research: the disclosure of preconditions, mechanisms and consequences of influence of the globalization on the institutional development of the transformation economy. The methods of the research: dialectical, analysis, synthesis, scientific abstractions, the unity of historical and logical. The results, the novelty: in the conclusion it is proved that the peculiarities and the motive forces of the modern stage of globalization are defined by the collection of interrelated contradictions; the reasons of increased risks of globalization for countries with a transformation economy are systematized; the classification of institutional variants of globalization of transitional economies had further development by distinguishing four possible trajectories: the trajectory of connecting the global socio-economic space with the aims and tasks of the internal development; the trajectory of including in the global space with a reasonable preservation of the important role of internal criteria of the development; the trajectory of submission to the external criteria and tasks; the trajectory of dependence and fragmentation of the national-state identity which provides the entry into the global space already not as the integral subject, but in parts and separate fragments. Sphere of the use: the educational and methodical literature in such courses as "The Economy of Foreign Countries", "The Institutional Economy", "The International Economic Relations", "The Regional Economy", the argumentation of the rational strategy of institutional development in the conditions of integration of national economy in the global socio-economic space.
