Коtsiuba R. The Constitutional Principles of Ensuring Human Rights to Nuclear Safety in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the complex analysis of the constitutional principles of ensuring human rights to nuclear safety in Ukraine. The author identifies the legal nature and genesis of the term “constitutional principles”,formulates the definition of the constitutional principles of ensuring human rights to nuclear safety. The thesis deals with the key methods, the forms and the models of the nuclear safety, nuclear security and the accompanying terms. The author defines the variety of legal problems in regulating of nuclear safety, its place in the system of security. The author proves the difference between categories: “ensuring of nuclear safety” and “ensuring human rights to nuclear safety”, clarifies special features of constitutional ensuring human rights to nuclear safety in Ukraine.
