Kushnir S. Diagnostics of arterial vessels injury in patients with arterial hyhertension and medical corection

In the work there were proposed the theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific and practical problem - increasing of effectiveness of treatment of the arterial hypertensive patients taking into consider diagnostics of arterial elastic properties. Puring our work we determined independent factors which were related to puls wave velocity on elastic and muscle types. It was found out that clinical signs of metabolic syndrom or diabetus melitus in patients with arterial hypertensive were not independent factors, which coraelated with puls wave velocity on elastic and muscle types. It was proved that effective antihypertensive therapy during 6 months significantly dekreased puls wave velocity on elastic and muscle types independently of antyhypertension medication. It was proved that angiotensin receptor blockers (losartan) was significantly better in lowering puls wave velocity on elastic and muscle types, which did not corelated with the blood pressure lowering. It was firstly preved that proof arterial hypertension in young patients VS in patients with white coat arterial hypertension, monifested in worthening on arterial elastic properties on muscle type, which can beadditional differential diagnostic criteria of arterial hypertension and arterial hypertension of white coat in yuong patients.
