In the thesis the basic problems of forming of medical colleges' students' ecological knowledge are exposed on the basis of content integration of biological, ecological and professionally-oriented disciplines. The model of forming of ecological knowledge in the process of biological disciplines study has been substantiated and elaborated; the approaches for preparing professionally-oriented split-level test tasks on medical ecology have been elaborated and implemented into the educational process for verification of the students' formed ecological knowledge level.
