Dissertation is devoted to the theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific task in relation to the increase of treatment efficiency of patients with acne and rosacea - diseases which are localized on the skin of the person more frequently - , due to the conducting of a staged specific nosotropic and reabilitation therapy which is instrumental in achievement of more expressive and significant therapeutic and cosmetic effect. There were found out changes which specify on a presence and role of violations of humoral immunity in pathogenesis of these dermatosises. Their renewal to the level of norm was observed after the conducting of offered complex treatment with the use of immunomezotherapy (plural endermic introductions of injection facilities of stimulation of immunity directly to the lesion focus of skin by the technique of papula mezotherapy) preparations of polyoxidonium and longydasum and accompanied by the clinico-immunological remission onset. The method of estimation of the injection influence efficiency of medical preparations is developed on the state of local immunity of skin due to its superficial and deep automicroflora changes, which proves that it stimulates local immunity of skin by using immunomezotherapy preparation of polyoxidonium and longydasum at their course.It is set that the ultrasonic diagnostic scanning of skin can be used for the estimation of efficiency of treatment of acne, in particular cicatrical postacne.The methods of a complex staged specific nosotropic and reabilitation therapy of patients are developed to deal with the heavy forms of acne and rosacea. Received results of the researches specify that the offered tactic of leadthrough of a stage therapy allows to promote efficiency of treatment of patients with acne and rosacea.
