The essence and content of administrative responsibility on the whole, pecularities of responsibility for breaking order of calculations in particular are proved, legal description of signs is given and the socio-economic value of such responsibility for business, users of their commodities and services, and state the on the whole is defined. The essence and grounds of administrative responsibility is analysed in the dissertation; legal composition of administrative offence in the noted sphere is investigated.
