The dissertation is analyzing administrative and legal foundations for the procedure of the setting up and functioning of limited partnerships in Ukraine. One analyzed the genesis of research of administrative and legal regulation for setting up and functioning limited partnerships in the national administrative and legal doctrine and its normative assignment to the laws of Ukraine; defined the notion of an administrative procedure for limited partnerships and their classification; thoroughly characterized registration, license, permission and control procedures for limited partnerships as a type of administrative procedures.
