The thesis is devoted to the research of legal mechanism of direct parliamentary control after State budget of Ukraine by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Historical and legal analysis of Ukrainian high representative body formation as a state body that exercises control authorities in budgetary process is conducted. Some foreign legislation that regulates national parliaments' activity in the sphere of State budgetary control is studied.
