Dissertation is devoted to the problem of features of endotoxicosis and choice of methods of detoxication and organoprotective therapy for patients with hepatic insufficiency of different etiology. Clinical research is conducted in 130 patients with acute and chronic hepatic insufficiency. On the basis of different system function study and complex toxicometry the use of the individualized going near organoprotective and detoxication therapy for patients with hepatic insufficiency were proved.
