An object is a process of functioning of the system of the state landed cadastre in settlements for providing of organization of the use and guard of earths; a purpose is an improvement of theoretical and scientifically-methodical positions of conduct of the state landed cadastre in relation to the use and guard of earths in settlements; methods – comparative and structural analysis, statistical groupings, functional analysis, econom-mathematical, graphic, logic-structural; a novelty is working of methodological methodical and applied positions from development of the state landed cadastre at regional level; results – the new criteria of improvement are reasonable economic and ecological constituents of the landed cadastre of settlements; it is inculcated in economic practice.
