The thesis investigates the theoretical basis of marketing management of intellectual capital of science absorbing enterprises and elaborates scientific, methodical and practical recommendations of their improvement at enterprises of agro-industrial complex. Different approaches for the determination of category "the intellectual capital of enterprise" is generalized, which allows to offer integrative model of it's formation at enterprise. The condition of marketing management of intellectual capital of science absorbing enterprises agro-industrial complex is investigated, marketing analyses of intellectual property market in Ukraine. The improvement marketing management of intellectual capital includes: business model, marketing scheme, the algorithm of marketing strategy formation, application of branding franchising on the basis of contemporary information technologies.
