In the dissertation it has been determined and grounded an approach to the analy-sis of control and assessment activity of secondary school senior pupils as a system in the process of study of physics in the conditions of computer-oriented environment from the position of education "person to person" paradigm, as a result, it has been determined and grounded the particular qualities of pedagogical interaction of persons of educational process with application of the method of educational projects using means of ICT for the development of control and assessment skills in a process of study of physics in the higher forms of secondary school.
