Subject of research - mechanisms of development of systemic immune response and treatment with teriparatide in glucocorticoid osteoporosis; aim - to reveal the basic pricples of formation of neuroendocrinic, cytokinase response and hypermetabolism in glucocorticoid osteoporosis in experiment and to prove its use to correct the pharmocological analogue in parathyroid hormone tereparatide; methods - pathophysiological, roengenological, biochemical, immunofermental, bacteriological and statistical; novelty and results - by completing the above mentioned methods of experimental modeling and its established unknown early stage pathogenesis of glucorticoidal osteoporosis, in particular: verified mechanism of disturbance of osteoremodeling in glucocorticoid osteoporosis and participation of calcitonin, parathyroid and tyrotropical hormones, thyroxin and triiodothyronine, and interleukin-6 and alpha necrotic factors of tumors. Established compensatory character of endocrinic reaction and by the mean time the role of parathyroid hormone in maintenance of ionized calcium in blood, and established the conditions of changes in character of compensatory reaction of endocrine system and burdening the pathogenesis of glucocorticoid osteoporosis of systemic immune response with development of hypermetabolism, complications of infections and sepsis, in the etiology of sepsis showed that, not the role of pathogenic bacteria but it is arbitrarily pathogenic microflora, in general the translocation from the intestines, researched with roengenological and laboratory criteria of heavy experimental in glucocorticoid osteoporosis, methods of prognosis and prognostic criteria and its difficulty in experiments are completed by the method of modification in osteoporosis, it is proved the therapeutic effect of teriparatide in glucocorticoid osteoporosis; it is introduced to practice in Donetsk Traumatological hospital and in clinical institute of traumatology and orthopedics in Donetsk National Medical University of M. Gorky and Institute of emergency medicine and reanimation surgery department of V. K. Gusaka and also pedagogical process of Donetsk and Lugansk Medical Universities, area of use - medicine (clinical and pathological physiology).
