Prysyazhna N. Deep vein thrombosis of the pregnant: features of course, diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis

The dissertation is to obtain the candidate's degree in medical science, specialty 14.01.03 - surgery. - National Medical Academy of Post-graduate Education named after P.L. Shupyk of Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Kyiv, 2010.104 women with deep vein thrombosis (DVT) have been treated. The women were from 17 to 44 years old (on average - 30.7 year).We have studied peculiarities of US-picture depending on term of thrombosis process as well as morphologic characteristics of the thrombus that allows us to assert that in 14 days from the commencement the thrombus is tightly fixed, organized and virtually cannot be torn off in conditions of the conservative therapy.Complex (base) therapy for treatment of pregnant women with DVT was worked up. It includes low molecular heparin, venotonics, glycosaminoglycans, ferments, vitamins and compressive stockinet. The medications are gravidoprotectors i.e. preserve the pregnancy and ensure favourable conditions for phetogenesis, possess antioxidative, antihypoxic, endothelium protective and antiaggregatory action.
