Essay

Investigated objects: heterocyclic derivatives of 1,2,4-oxadiazole. Purpose: the development of the new methods of synthesis of heterocyclic derivatives of 1,2,4-oxadiazole and its chemical modifying. Methods: organic synthesis, thin layer chromatography, NМR 1Н, NMR 13С, NMR 13С DEPT, IR spectroscopy, liquid chromato-mass-spectroscopy, element and X-ray analysis, PASS analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the conception of creation of new perspective (by calculating data) bioactive compounds by interaction of 1,2,4-oxadiazol with other pharmacophoric heterocycles, like pyrrolidine-2-ones, 3,4-dihydropyrimidine-2(1H)-thiones, pyridine-2(1H)- ones was supported by development respective optimized techniques of their creation and further chemical modification. The experiments were checked out and direction of interaction of new cyclic endianines with N-arylmaleicimides and dimethyl ethers of cyandicarboxylic acid was found out. Novelty: new synthetic approaches on the basis of 1,2,4-oxadiazol derivatives to the group of binuclear heterocycles, which according to calculations are perspective biologically active organic compounds, were theoretically grounded, developed and realized. Degree of implementation: developed in the work new approaches to the synthesis isoxadiazol derivatives, examples of combinatorial synthesis were implemented in lection part of course "Chemistry of heterocyclic compounds" to specialization "Organic chemistry" on the Organic chemistry department V.N. Karazin Kharkov national university. Area (field) of application: chemistry of heterocyclic compounds.
