The dissertation analyses the active branch legislation and the administrative-legal regulation of stock-exchange activity in practice. The genesis of the administrative-legal regulation of stock-exchange activity is studied, the world experience of the legal provision of stock-exchange activity is сovered and analyzed, the proposals of its using in Ukraine are given.
