Object of research are processes of perfection of the economic adjusting of using natural resources ecologically of the steady development providing of ecological safety. The purpose of dissertation work is perfection of mechanisms of the economic adjusting of using natural resources and providing of effective management ecological safety, sent to achievement of terms ecologically steady development. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison, statistical and graphic analysis, analysis of the systems, economical and math design. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in a theoretical ground and development of recommendations in relation to the economic adjusting of using natural resources by the ground of levels of ecological safety, that assists to providing of effective management ecological safety. Improved classic going near the design of material balance; methodical going near a management ecological safety on the basis of criteria of optimization of the ecological and economic system and algorithm of management ecological strength security; conception and mechanisms of adjusting of steady development with the use of the innovative system of ecological insurance.
