The object of the research is a process of the strategic management a machine-building enterprises. The aim of the work lies in the treatment of theoretical and practical recommendations of the machine-building enterprises relation to forming and use of strategic maps. The purpose of work consists in development of theoretical and practical recommendations in relation to forming and use of strategic maps of machine-building enterprises. An author the methods of theoretical generalization, systematization, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, questionnaire questioning, analog design, planning of the financial reporting, mathematical design and others like that. A theoretical value consists in: clarification of scientific positions in relation to forming and use of strategic maps, namely in formulation of complex of "strategic maps"; to development of classification of strategic maps of enterprises. A scientific novelty lies in the method of evaluation of level of the informative providing of the use of strategic maps of machine-building enterprises; a tool of economic evaluation of strategic maps is on the basis of forming of type strategic map; a sequence of establishment of subsection is from the use of strategic maps on principles of the use of signs of choice of subsection and forming of possible variants of organizational structures; model of forming strategic maps. The subject of the investigationis a process of forming and use of strategic maps of enterprises. The author's recommendations are used in relation to of indexes of financial block of indexes of strategic map, use of model of forming of strategic maps, of organizationally communication model of forming of strategic maps, application of methods of administrative influence, prognostication, strategic analysis, at forming of strategic maps by domestic machine-building enterprises. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of native machine-building complex.
