Essay

The object of the research is a human capital of machine-building enterprise. The aim of the work is in the treatment of theoretical and methodical principles of creation organizationally analytical providing of forming and development of human capital of machine-building enterprise. The author used scientific and special methods of research: semantic, historical, analysis, synthesis and comparison, methods of economic analysis and design of administrative processes, analysis of the systems, method of statistical analysis and expert estimations methods, methods of economic-mathematical modeling and econometrics. The scientific novelty is in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of the creation of organizational and analytical support for the human capital formation and development of machine-building enterprise. The place of human capital in machine building enterprise's capital structure has been defined, factors of human capital development of machine-building enterprise have been analyzed. The analysis of the conditions of human capital formation in the process of implementation of personal policies strategy has been realized, policy implementation strategies of human assets of machine-building enterprise have been researched, prospects of organizational learning have been estimated. Based on the concept of controlling the methodical approaches to the establishment of liability centres as a basis for evaluation and motivation of group work have been suggested, the importance of controlling information in the human capital development. The subject of the investigation is theoretically methodical and applied principles of machine-building organizationally analytical providing of development of the human capital. The practical value consists of the development of positions and recommendations in relation to create organizationally analytical providing of control system by development of the human capital in a machine-building enterprise. The sphere of author's recommendations application is the enterprises of native machine-building complex.
