Essay

The aim of the dissertation is increasing the effectiveness of treatment the patients with multidrug-resistant lung tuberculosis by using perfected modified collapse surgery methods. The results of surgery treatment among 129 patients had been analysed in terms of up to 5 years: 32 patients were operated on with applying primary extrapleural thoracoplasty; 36 - extrapleural thoracoplasty with lung resection; 31 - extrapleural thoracoplasty with lung resection and forming the new dome of pleura; 30 - traditional thoracoplasty. It had been proved that this worked out method of primary extrapleural thoracoplasty allows to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment the patients with destructive multidrug-resistant lung tuberculosis by 12,6%. It had been also proved that this worked out method of extrapleural thoracoplasty with lung resection allows to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment the patients with destructive multidrug-resistant lung tuberculosis by 16,8%. It was proved that worked out method of extrapleural thoracoplasty with lung resection and forming new dome of pleura allows to increase the effectiveness of surgery treatment the patients with destructive multidrug-resistant lung tuberculosis by 25,9%. It had been worked out the optimal scheme of the treatment before operation , and the evidence for applying worked out methods in collapse surgery treatment for the patients with destructive multidrug-resistant lung tuberculosis had been formed.
