Shubladze D. Forecasting, diagnostic and treatment of gastroduodenal hemorrhages in patients with myocardial infarction

The thesis is devoted to the solving of the actual task of modern medicine and sur-gery - to the clearance of acute gastroduodenal hemorrhages occurrence in patients with acute myocardial infarction and also in working up on the basis of the obtained results of forecasting, diagnostic and treatment principles. The stomach mucosa microcirculation is studied for the first time in the patients with acute myocardial infarction by means of laser Doppler flowmetry. The mathematical system of gastroduodenal hemorrhages oc-currence and duration in patients with acute myocardial infarction is worked up for the first time. It is established that dynamic of throponins I and T content in plasma not only verifies the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction but is one of the key risk factors of gastroduodenal hemorrhages in these patients. The preventive methods for the develop-ment of acute gastroduodenal hemorrhages in patients with acute myocardial infarction are developed on the basis of forecasting system. The algorhythm of therapeutic, endo-scopic and surgical treatment of acute gastroduodenal hemorrhages in patients with acute myocardial infarction is created for the first time.
