In the dissertation the role of manpower policy in solving of environmental, energy, economical problems of Ukraine, that are connected and have fundamental influence on process of integration, is grounded. The author examined modern condition of shipping branch, its main resource components, and defined necessity of manpower policy changes of shipping companies of Ukraine with the purpose of rational nature management and solving of above mentioned problems, consolidation of status of Ukraine as maritime state together with its international market positioning as energy independent.
