Matusevich K. Intellectual potential as institutional factor of forming economy of postindustrial type

The dissertation focuses on the research of ontology and gnosiology of the category of intellectual potential of the society taking into consideration its grounds as an important factor of development of economy of postindustrial type. It develops the mechanism of action of the institute of spiritual and intellectual sphere of human-centered economy as the basic model of development of the postindustrial society. The research substantiates the place of innovative technological method of production, as the modern stage of development of postindustrial society. The dissertation generalizes and systematizes the factors of transformation and use of intellectual potential of Ukraine. It gives recommendation as to the factor structure of strategic development of intellectual potential of Ukraine aimed at forming of economy of postindustrial type. It also determines the task for authorities and the institutional tool of the metasocial system as means to develop the innovative economy in Ukraine.
