Zubkova A. Management of the organizational quality culture at the machinery enterprise

Research object: processes of quality management and competitiveness ensuring at the machinery enterprise. Purpose: thesis is devoted to the theoretical background, methodological approach and practical recommendations development on quality culture management at the machinery enterprises of Ukraine. Research methods: theoretical generalization and comparison; analysis and synthesis; modeling; survey; dispersion analysis; correlation and regression analysis; factor and cluster analysis. Findings: the results ground the methodological approach to the quality management at the machinery enterprises of Ukraine, which is based on quality culture development. Originality: the method of quality culture economic evaluation has been designed; the Direct Intellectual Capital methods have been developed; methodological approach to the quality management at the machinery enterprise, which is grounded on quality culture diagnostics and development, has been designed; competitiveness model of the enterprise has been developed; definition of the term "quality culture" has been revised; classifications of the intellectual capital and the cost of quality have been developed. Implementation degree: quality management at the "KhTZ ", "Electromach" companies (Kharkiv); international project TEMPUS, teaching at the NTU "KhPI" (Kharkiv).
